What
type of hardware do you sell?
One
unique feature of POS Systems, Inc, is that it is truly
hardware-independent. What this means to you, is we do
not know which hardware configuration will be best for
you, until we get a chance to analyze your operation and
preferences.

Who
builds your systems?
Each
system is built from the ground up, here in our on-site
production facility. Our product specialists work
directly with you through the production phase to verify
your menu, inventory, and street list (delivery). Other
site-specific requirements are pre-configured to match
your specifications.

How
is your hardware warranted/supported?
All
of our hardware is warranted for one year, with touch
screens warranted for two years. Our 'Hot Spare'
program means we keep replacement units ready to go at a
moment's notice. In the event you have a hardware
failure, POS Systems, Inc. will have a spare unit to you
the next morning. (Excluding Sunday's and Holidays) If problems occur after your one year
is up, POS Systems, Inc. will repair the broken hardware
and minimize downtime and expense.

difficult is it to set up a system? What are my options
for installation?
While
POS Systems, Inc. offers the option for complete on-site
installation, in most situations, it is cost-effective
for the operator to setup their system with the help of
our technicians only a phone call away. Complete custom
setup diagrams, cables, and documentation are what makes
this a very sensible and realistic option.
